3. Client Eligibility

By becoming a client of HAeX, you confirm that:

You are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
You represent a legitimate company, organisation, or startup operating in the UK or internationally.
You agree to provide accurate information during consultation and onboarding.

4. Candidate Vetting & Placement Terms

HAeX uses a 3-layer vetting process to ensure the quality and relevance of AI professionals.

Final hiring decisions rest with the client.
HAeX does not guarantee candidate performance post-hire but offers replacement policies as specified in the contract.
No Hire, No Fee model applies unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees are clearly outlined in our client proposal and must be agreed upon before engagement.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt unless a different timeline is agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur statutory interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
No refund is issued after a successful placement unless under specific replacement clauses.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive business, technical, and candidate-related information disclosed during the hiring process.

Client information is never shared without permission.
Candidates’ personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, visuals, branding, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of HAeX and may not be copied, distributed, or used without express written consent.

8. Liability Limitations

HAeX is not liable for business loss, profit loss, or any indirect damages caused by candidate performance or delays in hiring.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
